Beginning on Malcolm X Day (May 22nd) of 2021, the AAHM&CC, will proudly be hosting this traveling exhibition of historic photographs by Daye Wokoma, whose renowned camera documented the early history of our own museum’s struggle to be born.
Displayed alongside this exhibit is this photo of two paintings by AAHM&CC Co-Founder Earl Debnam, which was taken prior to the apartheid settler state’s May 8th destruction of our Traveling Exhibit Tent:
